Right of withdrawal
Refund Policy
Legally, there is a 14-day right of return for standard products (see exeptions for more), i.e. you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as it was received, unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at che.aviation@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items that are returned to us without a prior request to return will not be accepted.

Damages and problems
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess and fix the problem.
Exceptions / single-use items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, e.g. B. Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers or plants), custom-made products (e.g. special orders or personalized items) and personal care products (e.g. beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your particular item.
Since most of our products (T-shirts, hoodies, posters) are not in stock and are only made to order according to customer specifications (color, size), they cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns of sale items or gift cards.
Exchange
The fastest way to make sure you get what you want is to send back the item you have. Once the return has been accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and checked your return, and let you know whether or not the refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund
